Purchase Book Bucks

Join us for our 2025 Book Fair!

We’re partnering with fork + pencil for a week-long Book Fair! Each class will visit the Book Fair, and students will shop for books with pre-purchased Book Bucks. With 30% of proceeds going to K280, this is a great opportunity to stock up on new books! There will be family shopping hours too.

Volunteering & Visiting the Fair

We’d love your help checking out students and helping them pick books during class visits. Sign up here to volunteer!

Family Book Fair hours are TBD. Class visits take place March 3-7 during the school day. In addition, the book fair will be open during Heritage Day on Saturday, March 8, from 10 - 1 pm. Cash and credit cards will be accepted during family book fair hours and on Heritage Day, but only Book Bucks will be accepted during class visits.

Book Bucks

Class visits to the Book Fair are cash free, and Book Bucks need to be purchased in advance. Book Bucks are essentially a gift certificate you purchase for your child to spend during their class visit. Book Bucks must be purchased by Wednesday, February 26th.

WE SUGGEST: A minimum of $10 Book Bucks. Books for our early readers start at approximately $7, and many popular hardcover books cost $10.

Change is not provided during class visits. Unused Book Bucks are given to teachers to buy books for their classroom library (e.g. if a child has $20 in Book Bucks and spends $18, then $2 will be donated).

If you are unable to purchase online please complete the Book Bucks Form and return it with cash or a check to your child’s teacher no later than Wednesday, February 26th.

Donate Book Bucks

Children financially unable to purchase Book Bucks will be sponsored by the PAC. Please consider donating towards the purchase of a book for another child. You can also purchase Book Bucks for classroom and specialty teachers. Give the gift of a book today!
